Isolat Pattern // Sound Performance

 

For this performance, Isolat Pattern will be using the live coding environment Tidalcycles to compose algorithmic beats. Code is written in the Haskell programming language to create patterns and trigger samples via SuperCollider on the back end. The focus is on the dissection of dance music tropes to craft a splintered, hyperreal take on modern club music.
